Actually such methods are named "a humor under the belt ". From the otherhand, personally I'm not a Puritan - such tricks don't grate on me. And incase with the slogan "FLY SUX" - weonly can applaud to city administration. Having not escaped the problem codeof the city they have approached the problem with humor and have turned itto their own advantage. Well done!
